Obv./ The Virgin, nimbate, seated facing, holding before her medallion with the bust of the infant Christ; MP-ΘV at sides; Rv./ [MAN૪HΛ ΔЄCΠOTH] to left, [Θ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟS] to right, Manuel on left, wearing stemma, divitision and chlamys, and St. Demetrius on right, nimbate, wearing military tunic and breastplate, both standing facing, holding labarum between them, while Manuel also holds akakia.
