SER GALBA IMP CAES AVG TR P Laureate bust right. Rv. Female figure (Livia) draped, seated left on stool, holding patera and long sceptre. At sides, S – C. In exergue, AVGVSTA. RIC –, cf. 432 (different obverse legend). Rare. Attractive, untouched riverine patina. Some porosity, otherwise extremely fine. Possibly one of the best specimens known.
